Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  • This role will involve shaping the cloud infrastructure and leading technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a programming background, proven track record of managing complex projects and cloud migrations, and deep expertise in collaboration, automation, engineering, and architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage JIRA project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types
  • Provide support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability
  • Identify and deliver new automation initiatives in line with emerging business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows
  • Gather and refine workflow requirements through direct user engagement
  • Post-migration support and administration of JIRA and Confluence SaaS platforms
  • Integrate user onboarding with Okta and Active Directory, significantly improving provisioning and access management
  • Plan, execute, and support complex AWS cloud migrations with workload assessments, strategy design, and post-migration optimization
  • Leverage AWS-native tools and best practices to ensure secure, seamless, and cost-efficient migrations with minimal business disruption
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Jira experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service
  • Strong Confluence experience covering migration, design and administration of all aspects of the service
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions
  • Good collaboration & communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices and architectural design
