Cloud Platform Leadership Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to lead our infrastructure engagements and provide technical oversight to team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions, IaC tools such as Bicep or Terraform, and be able to facilitate collaboration between teams.

This role involves providing technical delivery leadership on client engagements, leading architectural design sessions, and managing client expectations while cultivating a collaborative team culture. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to junior team members, helping them build their confidence in infrastructure delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent consultative skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements
  • Lead architectural design sessions and manage client expectations
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to junior team members
  • Help foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and other practice areas
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions and IaC tools
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification
