**Job Title:** Marketing and Creative Specialist

Are you a skilled marketing designer looking for a challenging role that allows you to showcase your creativity? Do you have a passion for developing engaging visual content across multiple platforms?

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled marketing design specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating captivating marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics.
  • Design and update website elements, landing pages, and email templates in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop compelling presentation decks for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with the product team on user interface (UI) elements for software applications.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with campaign-specific creatives aligned with branding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media.
  • Proven leadership experience in a creative or marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in social media marketing and recent experience designing for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience creating responsive email designs and templates.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals.
