Key Role

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

This key role is responsible for defining the marketing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring all creative outputs meet brand standards.

The successful candidate will be the voice and architect of our marketing approach, responsible for turning strategy into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and high-quality deliverables.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality copywriting, including email templates, nurture sequences, and ad copy.
  • Project Management: Oversee workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to craft compelling campaigns and messaging.
  • Strong storytelling and positioning ability, with expertise in translating complex ideas into clear and concise messaging.
  • HubSpot expertise, including setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience managing and proofing work from designers and video editors.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing and campaign delivery.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with ability to test messaging and refine based on performance.
