Inventory Planner

More than ever, our organization seeks a seasoned Inventory Planner to spearhead the optimization and strategic management of client inventory levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to lead by example and drive efficiency across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand forecasting strategies based on historical data and sales trends.
• Manage inventory health by analyzing stock levels, risks of overstock or understock, and implementing corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and logistics departments to ensure alignment between operational targets and inventory plans.
• Oversee supply planning, processing of purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records.
• Establish and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with e-commerce operations and/or 3PL services is highly desirable.
