We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our finance team at Jonrach Property Ventures.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
You will record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
You will also prepare and process payroll and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills and experience in bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
