**About the Role**

Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation seeks a highly skilled and organized Billing Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  1. The successful candidate will analyze billing turnover and procedures from the Operations Specialist/Sr. Ops Specialist/Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager/Ops Manager, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  2. They will generate billing on time upon endorsement of the file folder from the Account Handler, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  3. The selected candidate will immediately endorse billing to the Finance Team for submission to the Customer, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  4. They will also ensure that the speed of invoicing is strictly followed, meeting the required deadlines.
  5. Liaising the routing of negative GM files and properly coordinating and escalating disputes to leaders before finalizing the invoice is also a key responsibility.
  6. The role involves ensuring on-time booking or accrual of expenses and revenue within the balanced out, maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
  7. Lodging CSA and PV when directed by the immediate leader is also an essential task.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. The selected candidate will assist the file archiving team in the proper archiving of documents, maintaining a well-organized and efficient filing system.
  2. They will assist the Senior Billing Specialist in the routing and filing of negative GM files and partially billed files, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  3. The role involves creating Job File Number in Pegasus as may be assigned by the immediate leader, utilizing technical expertise to complete tasks accurately.
  4. The ideal candidate will also perform any other tasks as may be determined by the Manager/Asst. Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in their work.
