Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to support the operations of our Enterprise Support and other Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) segment of the Quote-to-Cash process.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining trackers with up-to-date status of contractual terms, updating Sales Force with new and renewal contracts, and providing monthly reporting to proactively review upcoming renewals and terminations.
\This role requires experience in working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\Key Responsibilities:
