At Aon, we are seeking a seasoned Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Asia regional L&C operations strategy, aligning with our global corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in operations and project management, preferably with experience in leading Legal & Compliance Operations within a multinational environment. Proven leadership experience, preferably managing teams across multiple jurisdictions, is essential.
This role requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and technical project management skills, including PMP principles in a multi-jurisdictional Legal & Compliance context. Proficiency in L&C technology solutions, such as data and analytics reporting tools, contract management systems, compliance tracking tools, scheduling and L&C databases, is also required.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, adjust and prioritize according to changing needs, and possess excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels, are essential.
