Healthcare Credentialing Coordinator

ClinicMind is a leading provider of Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) software and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the US-based credentialing process, familiarity with the US medical insurance industry, and excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Handle credentialing needs for US-based health care providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in healthcare networks.
- Collect required documentation for credentialing, including accreditation, membership, and facility privileges.
- Assist providers with completing payer forms and ensure compliance with payer expectations.
- Respond to provider inquiries regarding credentialing process progress.
- Alert clients of new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and current client information using an online database.
- Drive the implementation of the automated credentialing workflow management system by providing requirements to software developers and reviewing implementation.
- At least 2 years' experience in the US-based credentialing process.
- Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Credentialing certification is required.
