  • Manage and maintain ad buying platforms of Afni.
  • Ensure leads delivery based on target needs of assigned site/location/geo of Afni.
  • Strategize and execute content to be used in ad buying.
  • Create engaging ad copies that will attract qualified talents to Afni.
  • Develop and propose promotional activities and initiatives to help Afni gain more qualified leads.
  • Analyze data based on social media or job board trends to optimize campaign performance.
  • Produce reports to send to stakeholders on the status of targets and leads delivery.
  • Optimize ad buying campaigns for cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Ability to start work ASAP.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.
  • Availability to work onsite daily in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
  • Must have experience in content writing, academic, organizational work, or professional experience.
  • Possess a portfolio from previous writing engagements.
  • Understanding of writing in a specific voice and tone – you will write content on behalf of the Afni brand.
  • Digital Ads / Ad buying experience.
  • Social media marketing/management experience is an advantage.
  • Creativity is essential.
