Job Overview

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in CallTek's operations, overseeing the outsourcing of service delivery tasks to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process standardized tasks through outsourcing partners to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Manage order updates and support requests from in-house staff using SAP Order Queue, email, and provisioning phone queues.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with technicians, customers, and providers through Work Market, Smart Sheets, and provider portals.
  • Coordinate with CallTek teams to escalate complex orders and resolve technical issues within specified timelines.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage end-users and provider contacts.
  • Proficiency in web-based research and information retrieval to understand service and provider nuances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous telecom experience, preferably in broadband services.
  • Previous project management experience to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
