The role of Global Delivery Center Project Specialist is crucial in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This involves working as part of a team to provide business process services, requiring moderate level of supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and support of Japan projects
  • Translation of documents from Japanese to English, and vice-versa as needed in the projects
  • Coordination with Japan counterpart and acting as bridge between client and non-bilingual members of the team, translating instructions from Japanese to English and vice versa
  • Production of Japanese and/or English reports or documents as needed in the project
  • Full coordination of project activities and ensuring timely delivery
  • Allocated tasks are worked under general guidance & within detailed assignment plans, but is expected to think through these tasks, and to decide on most appropriate approach to the work
  • Expected to offer suggestions to others within the team in support of assignment objectives
  • May identify follow-on work to the assignment team
  • Maintenance of relationships both internally and externally with peers and colleagues
  • Works with a moderate level of supervision
  • Demonstration of good interpersonal skills and diplomacy in dealings with clients and peers.
  • Welcome to coaching and guidance from peers with more experience.
  • Effectiveness as a team player.
  • Performance of other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate manager and FJ POCs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably with bachelor's degree
  • Computer literate (MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Japanese (JLPT N3/N2)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with creating documentation and reports
  • Legal working status
