About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence in GEC service delivery within the service area, positioning GEC in the global business as a centre of excellence, and supporting the implementation of the global S&A strategy.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Standardization & Automation
  • Develop and implement standardized ways of working for the Service Line, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of automated solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Service Transition Director to migrate prioritized activities from country to GEC.
  1. Quality & Service Excellence
  • Develop and implement a service delivery plan that sets high standards of service quality and drives improved client satisfaction.
  • Drive the discipline into using optimized ways of working, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  1. Capability Development
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive capability development strategy, identifying gaps and developing plans to address them.
  • Build GEC competence and skills in line with future Service & Client needs, to support growth, efficiency, effectiveness, and scale.
  1. Data Strategy
  • Develop strategies for selecting, storing, maintaining and reusing data in our service delivery.
  • Showcase best practices of extracting value by reusing data and/or using the value from available data.
