Job Overview

The role of Senior Financial Auditor involves leading and managing audit projects to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise auditors in performing audits of client financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Review and finalize audit workpapers, documenting tests and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research and stay updated on current auditing legislation to guarantee adherence to US regulations.
  • Analyze client data to complete project work efficiently, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify technical issues and provide suggestions to mitigate them, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, including ERISA and Employee Benefit Plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry rules.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with paperless auditing applications.
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum internet speed: 50-100 Mbps for seamless remote working.
  • Dedicated home office area with a private workspace for focused work.
  • Business continuity plan with power and internet backup for uninterrupted service delivery.
