Senior Accounting Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with significant experience in using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
    • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
    • Review and process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and client billings.
    • Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance
    • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is required.
