Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to guarantee the quality of software products through the development and maintenance of automated tests. This involves collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders to identify areas for automation and create scripts that simulate user actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Test Automation Strategy: Develop and implement test automation strategies and processes for our software products.
  • Automation and Manual Testing: Perform automation and manual testing to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Design and Development: Create, execute, and maintain automated scripts, as well as review and initiate design and development of all aspects of automation testing.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor all automation processes and prepare reports on progress.
  • Documentation: Document all automation processes and design an efficient automation framework for web products.
  • Reusable Test Cases: Implement reusable and robust test cases and evaluate results.
  • Improvement Insights: Provide insights on improving tools, environment, and architecture of our automation framework and test scripts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium and Cypress, solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting, intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Methodologies: Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborator and communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in problem-solving.
  • Continuous Improvement: Committed to continuous improvement and open to experimenting with new approaches and techniques.
