Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance team, focusing on automation and testing. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, prepare leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection.
