Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to design, build, and optimize data visualization tools that empower public-sector and non-profit leaders to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, excellent data-wrangling skills, and a passion for developing high-quality, user-friendly visualizations. You will leverage Power BI (and occasionally Tableau) to transform raw information into compelling dashboards and visual stories that clearly communicate trends, insights, and key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in data analysis and will be skilled in creating data visualizations using business intelligence software, ideally with experience in Power BI (strongly preferred) and/or significant experience with Tableau. Experience working with data sets in various conditions/formats and which require building relationships across disparate files to create a comprehensive data model is also required.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. They will be self-motivated, able to independently structure work time to achieve assigned objectives, and will welcome constructive feedback and a design-and-iterate approach to work. The position requires the utmost ethical standards in preserving confidentiality with client data and will work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
