We are seeking a senior marketing professional with strong experience in agency and advertising environments to join our creative team. This role requires a creative thinker with deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual communication, and consumer engagement.

You will contribute to the creation of high-performing assets for Meta ad campaigns and email marketing, helping drive engagement and conversion through strong visual communication. Additionally, you'll help design and format PowerPoint decks for internal and external use.

  • Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms (ads, social media content, look books, posters, banners, etc.)
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling creative solutions
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visuals
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and project managers to meet campaign goals and deadlines
Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Social media graphics, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and more
  • Create visually engaging email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms
  • Design static and animated creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in design roles within creative agencies or advertising firms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory
