Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our store operations and create exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supporting day-to-day store activities, developing employees, and serving as a brand ambassador for our products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence in customer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation.
  • Coach and mentor store teams on product expertise, customer service expectations, and operational processes.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, store scheduling, and ensure proper coverage during peak periods.
  • Act as a product expert, promoting Skechers products and driving sales through excellent customer service.
  • Oversee store systems and processes, including point-of-sale transactions and opening/closing procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop a respectful, safe, and engaging work environment for store employees.
  • Cultivate effective communication among team members and set clear expectations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and remain flexible to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and passion for Skechers products and the brand.
  • Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
