Job Description

As a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations and ensuring sales growth.

You will oversee the setup of gondolas and merchandise display, maintain a tidy and clean store environment, and organize merchandise in the product selling area.

Greeting and serving customers is also an essential part of your role, as well as providing safe and clean store conditions for employees and customers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees, monitoring and appraising job responsibilities, and providing constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or College Degree in any field
  • Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communications Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
  • 5 Years of working experience in Retail Industry
