Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team at Parthenon Inclusive Solutions Inc. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining all properties, generating sales leads and property listings, meeting with potential buyers and agents, and coordinating and processing documents/requirements for compliance with LGU, government agencies, and law offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all properties under our care.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate sales leads and property listings that meet our company's objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential buyers and agents to discuss property options and provide expert advice.
  • Compliance: Coordinate and process documents/requirements for compliance with LGU, government agencies, and law offices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Communication Skills: Above average in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Social Media Platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment.
