Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Joneco Tech Marketing Corp. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, including managing cash handling, customer service, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Monitor and oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, customer service, and staff supervision, to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Review financial statements and reports to identify trends and issues, and make recommendations for business decisions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff members in the branch, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining employees.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
