Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks, such as updating account records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate data entry.

• Prepare detailed reports on branch activity, including deposits, withdrawals, loan activity, and customer complaints.

• Collaborate with IT personnel to ensure the efficient operation of bank systems and resolve technical issues.

• Lead and manage staff members in the branch, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining employees to achieve team goals.
