Job Opportunity

This role entails managing and maintaining highly-sensitive employee compensation data and records, ensuring the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc. The successful candidate will also prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines and perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain highly-sensitive employee compensation data and records
  • Administer and maintain payroll-related databases, templates, etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
  • Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with aptitude to learn
  • Ability to work with confidential information with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
