About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in the business and be pivotal to the smooth running of your account(s).

You will be client-focused and require good communication, organization, and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments.

  • Client management and building strong relationships with stakeholders is key to this role.
  • Day-to-day project management ensuring effective & efficient delivery of fast turnaround projects.
  • Key point of contact for global client, creative agency and internal teams including Creative, Content Production, Audio, Digital, Print and Business Affairs teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the client industry or related fields and a strong understanding of digital communications and media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and financials.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of client services and global client management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
