Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects via telecalling to generate leads for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Schedule product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
  • Promote the cybersecurity product's value proposition to potential customers through effective telecalling conversations.
  • Coordinate demo schedules and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
  • Manage leads and update pipeline statuses using CRM tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Refine telecalling scripts and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lead generation experience: At least 4+ years of experience in outbound telecalling or lead generation within IT or tech industries.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends is a plus.
  • CRM proficiency: Experience with CRMs such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented: Ability to meet or exceed targets in a high-volume telecalling environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using sales tools and technology to enhance productivity and performance.
