This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, including entering invoices into a spreadsheet, categorizing invoices by department and portfolio auction, and processing payments.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook) and at least intermediate level in MS Excel. Experience in MYOB accounting software would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks
  • Enter invoices into a spreadsheet
  • Categorize invoices by department and portfolio auction
  • Process payments

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an Accounts Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
