Join the Vortex Team An Accounting Administrative Assistant position is available. The primary role of an Accounting Administrative Assistant is to act as support for the accounting department of our company.

The daily activities of an accounting administrative assistant may include answering the telephone, filing, e-mails, assisting visitors, managing appointments, preparing vouchers and managing the daily office schedule. Additional, administrative duties may include working on special projects, managing the office.

Accounting tasks, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.

HR assistant task - to assist employee concern and report to HR Head.

NOTE:

This position needs to be trained in CABUYAO LAGUNA for at least 1-2 months before deploying in our SOON TO OPEN WAREHOUSE at Pampanga to familiarized Accounting and HR process and to build rapport with HR and Accounting team for better transaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
