Disrupt the Sleep Industry with a Career in Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

We're on a mission to transform the world of sleep, and we need talented individuals to join our team. As an influencer and affiliate marketing professional, you'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and drive meaningful impact.

This role involves monitoring and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns, planning and managing budgets, collaborating with agencies, and generating insights to inform our marketing strategy. You'll work closely with country and global marketing teams to ensure our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand exposure and sales
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with agencies to increase the volume of activations and explore emerging platforms and channels
  • Generate insights to inform our marketing strategy, including deep understanding of our customers, key markets, and players
  • Liaise with country and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals

About You:

  • You have a degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field
  • You have 3-8 years of relevant work experience
  • You're passionate about business and motivated to find solutions to complex problems
  • You're able to collaborate closely with different departments and stakeholders
  • You're adaptable, initiative-driven, and detail-focused
