We are seeking an Affiliate & Loyalty Program Manager to join our e-commerce team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will oversee both our affiliate program and customer loyalty program, managing members, expanding our network, and driving customer engagement and retention through strategic rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company's affiliate program to maximize sales.
  • Identify, reach out to, and recruit influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing performance.
  • Oversee the company's loyalty program, including campaign creation, reward structures, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize Yotpo (or similar loyalty platforms) to track program performance, implement improvements, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, creative assets, and exclusive offers for affiliates and loyalty members.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for both affiliate and loyalty initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in e-commerce (experience managing influencer partnerships is a plus).
  • Experience managing a customer loyalty program, preferably with Yotpo or a similar platform.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with remote, part-time work.
