We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and Incident Response Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Information Security Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our global organization.
Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and resolving tickets per defined SLAs, as well as assisting in the architecture, deployment, and ongoing support of key security systems necessary for the protection of our assets.
You will also be responsible for reporting compliance failures to management for immediate remediation and maintaining assigned systems to ensure confidentiality, availability, integrity, and reliability.
A highlight of this role is the opportunity to work with our global teams across different time zones, including APAC, EMEA, and WHEM. You will need to be flexible and able to work on shifting schedules.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of similar experience, as well as experience in assisting third-party vendors and understanding audit principles applied to common information security domains.
