Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Security Incident Response Manager to join our team at Nexus Recruitment Group.

In this critical role, you will lead our global incident response efforts, providing technical support services to our organization. Your expertise will enable us to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents.

Responsibilities include receiving and processing tickets, resolving issues according to defined SLAs, and assisting in the architecture, deployment, and ongoing support of critical security systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining assigned systems to ensure confidentiality, availability, integrity, and reliability. This includes overseeing current and projected capacity, performance, and licensing.

Additionally, you will provide status reports and relevant metrics to the Security Operations Manager.

Shift Schedules:

The selected candidate will work a shifting schedule, with APAC hours from 6 am to 3 pm, EMEA hours from 2 pm to 11 pm, and WHEM hours from 10 pm to 7 am (next day). The shift schedule may vary between Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.

Flexibility is required, as the role involves six Remote Work Opportunities per month, which can be on any flexible days.

Must-Have Skills:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in assisting third-party vendors.
  • Knowledge of company-facing information security audit processes, client-facing audit response, RFP response, and contract review.
  • Understanding of audit principles applied to common information security domains.
  • Both SOC and Technical Support skills are mandatory.
