Client Acquisition Specialist

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is looking for a talented Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
• Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and how we can provide solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or calls between prospective clients and our sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.
