About This Role- We are seeking an accomplished Management Accountant to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to an Australia-based manager.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial insights, empowering executive leaders to make informed decisions driving the company's success.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborating with key stakeholders to prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
- Presenting financial results at management meetings.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and BAS/IAS returns.
- Managing external auditor relations and audit queries.
- Partnering with Commercial Managers to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) as needed.
To excel in this role, you will have 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting and tax, preferably in media or related sectors. A qualified accountant (CA/CPA preferred) with relevant experience in diverse revenue streams such as memberships, events, and advertising is essential.
