System Architect

We're seeking a seasoned Systems Thinker to join our team. This role requires designing and implementing scalable systems that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Simplify end-to-end processes into efficient SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates).
  • Automation Development: Build integrations and automations across our stack (Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace).
  • Executive Dashboard Creation: Develop executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task).
  • Advisory Committee Sourcing: Identify and engage advisory committees / SMEs: source experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes.
  • Change Management: Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Pilot Rollout: Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or an equivalent field such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-Industry Exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • Remote Readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time based on successful outcomes.
