Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Engagement Specialist to conduct outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to introduce our services and build initial rapport.
  • Record call outcomes and update CRM/lead tracking systems accurately.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to report progress and meet daily and weekly call goals.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and be trainable.
  • High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems.
