A Senior Salesforce Developer role involves tackling complex projects and designing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and craft strategic recommendations to drive project visions to successful outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Design System (SLDS) and VisualForce.
  • Proficient in at least one other programming language beyond Salesforce.
  • Thorough understanding of code security standards and best practices to ensure data integrity and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing robust data models, including standard and custom objects, junction objects, relationships, and advanced data modeling concepts.
