Job Title: GTM Systems Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in building and optimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure. As a consultant, you will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their GTM operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems—primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with strong communication skills and experience in developing strategies and executing system-level solutions. You should be proficient in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration, as well as familiar with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Design & Architecture
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
  • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms and GTM reporting methodologies.
