  • We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to support our corporate headquarters located in the United States of America.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financials and reporting systems.
  • This role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as excellent communications skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Preparing financial reports for management and outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, as required
  • Performing project life-cycle cost analysis, to include a review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders
  • Providing and interpreting financial information, developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
  • Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits and preparing fiscal documentation
  • Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, planning and preparation of budget and forecasting
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
  • Managing the Finance and Accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank and account reconciliations, billing, coding, and payments
  • Federal and state tax reporting's, quarterly and year-end closing

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA certification
  • Direct experience with USA accounting systems, 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, high professional standards and ethics
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, performance management of support staff
