Financial Analysis Position

This role involves working closely with the Finance Director to provide strong analytical and reporting skills. The successful candidate will be a key member of the European finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review business cases for accuracy, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date.
  • Communicate with initiative owners around actuals tracking and assist with KPI / Milestones tracking.
  • Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting, and assessing risks, recommending a plan to build gaps.
  • Create variance analysis reports on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Contribute to financial activities such as accounting close and reporting process.
  • Support finance's goal to improve quality, efficiency, and value of financial information via financial tools, operational efficiencies, and automation.
  • Support all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar.
Preferred Requirements
  • Ability to work in the Irish/UK time zone.
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
