Senior Financial Leadership Role

Seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Leader to spearhead financial operations. Strategic oversight and hands-on execution are required to maintain robust financial systems, compliance, and long-term fiscal stability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Governance
    • Manage daily finance activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Supervise the work of supporting staff and contractors.
    • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting initiatives.
  • Strategic Finance & Reporting
    • Develop and deliver management reports with actionable insights.
    • Conduct profitability analyses across departments and service lines.
    • Provide financial guidance to leadership for decision-making purposes.
  • Compliance & Audit
    • Ensure adherence to U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Coordinate with external CPAs during audits and filings.
    • Establish internal controls to mitigate financial risk exposure.
  • Process Enhancement
    • Implement best practices in expense tracking, billing workflows, and reporting.
    • Evaluate and introduce financial tools that enhance operational efficiency.
    • Train and mentor team members to build finance capability within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in senior management.
  • Deep knowledge of QuickBooks and other financial software.
  • Prior experience with U.S. financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a distributed team in a remote environment.
