About the Role

As a Sales System Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting product scanning errors and issues reported by sites and stakeholders. This includes pricing and product not scanning due to not being in the current price file.

You will also troubleshoot promotion scanning errors and issues reported by sites and stakeholders, including promotion mechanism, Promotional Price, and promotion not scanning.

Your tasks will include loading the Monthly Promotional program onto the QuickFuel System and maintaining currency of Permanent and Location Promotions on the QuickFuel System.

You will load Tobacco Pricing Programs onto the QuickFuel System and ensure accurate entry of Promotion details, by Product range, Dates, and Locations.

Liaising with Marketing to load promotional advertising media onto the QuickFuel System is another key responsibility. You will maintain currency of advertising media and coordinate network refreshes of all price change programs.

Ensure Price changes are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly and manage Touch Screen Keyboard across National, State, and Site Locations.

You will create new product/promotion Touch Screen buttons and provide recommendations on the current Touch Screen, improving efficiency and usability for the end user.

Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A strong understanding of sales systems and data analysis is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
