Global Supply Chain Operations Specialist

This role entails the management of global order execution and supply chain reporting. As a key member of our team, you will drive efficient order lifecycle processes, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Order Lifecycle Processes: Validate, confirm, deliver, and handle returns with precision.
  • PO Lifecycle Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Master Data Management (MDM): Resolve issues, escalate exceptions when necessary, and maintain data integrity.
  • Manufacturing Partnerships: Collaborate with partners to manage rack manufacturing and staging orders.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates on inventory health, PO status, stock transfer orders, and outstanding issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Drive resolution within defined service level agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage daily with counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Supply Chain Experience: 3–5 years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.
  • ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
  • Inventory Management: Proficiency in PO management, RMA processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.

Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
