Online Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Commerce Manager to oversee daily e-commerce operations and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

This role will focus on product listing management, new product launches, and content updates. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging digital campaigns and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product listing maintenance in Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
  • Coordinate and execute new product launches, guaranteeing timely publication of all relevant details.
  • Update and manage content blocks and banners across the homepage, landing pages, and other areas as needed.
  • Support email campaign development and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to inform trading calendar plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and optimize KPIs.
  • Assist in the creation of digital marketing activities, including meta audience setup and Google Ads configuration.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours.
