Key Role:

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Strategist to take ownership of designing and executing high-level growth strategies across early-stage and scaling e-commerce businesses.

This strategic leadership position requires diagnosing opportunities, creating integrated roadmaps, and guiding teams to deliver measurable results. The role demands a deep understanding of Shopify ecosystems, advanced tracking tools, and a track record of launching performance-driven initiatives that unlock growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, social, email, SMS, affiliate) and be able to leverage Shopify expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of client performance to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design strategic growth roadmaps that integrate SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels, tailored to each brand's stage and goals.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives, working collaboratively with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders.
  • Leverage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend pivots backed by data.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, ideally supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
  • Strong Shopify expertise, with proven success optimizing storefronts, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale performance-driven initiatives that delivered measurable ROI.
  • Well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with data tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.).
