Key Role in Revenue Cycle Technology Implementation

The Associate Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal part in the implementation team responsible for deploying Med-Metrix's Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology. This includes Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

This role demands a deep understanding of software implementations and the ability to support project teams throughout all phases, from planning to delivery and monitoring.

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with stakeholders to identify existing workflow processes and develop design documentation using best practices.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate documentation into logical structures and diagrams for technical teams.
  • Problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present findings to support recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation to ensure rules and actions are programmed according to process outlined during design.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards when handling sensitive patient information.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
