Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our Salesforce projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving technical strategy, and ensuring seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing functional specifications and requirements architecture
  • Assigning tasks and defects to team members based on skillset and strategy
  • Ensuring team alignment and informedness regarding project requirements, risks, and quality
  • Guiding the technical team in following company principles and directions

Additionally, the candidate will participate in meetings for lead qualification and opportunity development, follow up on issue defect reports, and integrate quality results into project plans. They will also create and deliver accurate reports on task status, remaining estimates, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience as a senior role in software development teams
  • Expertise in web development and eCommerce projects
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and switch focus quickly
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills

The candidate should be comfortable with client-facing interactions and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with SFCC is highly desirable.
