Job Overview

The role of Associate Learning Designer involves supporting the creation and delivery of exceptional learning experiences. Our team works with educational institutions to drive change through learning, focusing on solving complex learner experience problems.


Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with experience working in education.
  • Understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability using design thinking approaches.
  • Experience with digital education technologies, including learning management systems, audio-visual, and interactive media.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and autonomy with a focus on continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
